How can I invest with Investment Chain ?

To make an investment you must first sign up here, login here, then you can make a deposit on this page.

What if I can't log into my account because I forgot my password?

Click on the Forgot your password? link and follow the steps.

How can I change the password or e-mail address?

You must login and go to settings and change the password, however there’s no option available to change the e-mail for security reasons.

At the moment we only accept Tether Trc20.

How does referral system work?

We have 2 level of referral system which is on level 1: 4% and level 2: 1%

Do i get referral commission if my team member invest from account balance?

Only deposit from external wallet from your team generates you referral commission.

Can i have multiple accounts on Investment Chain?

No, every investor can have only 1 account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will be frozen without any further notice

Withdrawal of finance

How do I withdraw funds from account?

Login to your account and go to Withdraw section following the easy step making sure you have updated the wallet in the Settings section.

After I make a withdrawal request, when will the funds be available on my personal wallet?

Funds are usually processed within 48 hours.

What is the minimum withdrawable?

The minimum withdrawable is $5
